The Comedy Bar tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a comedy spot that really knows how to throw a party? The Comedy Bar in Detroit is your go-to for laughs and good times, especially during their legendary New Year’s Eve stand-up bash that draws big crowds every year. It’s not just about the jokes though; they’ve got some pretty slick stuff going on. In 2020, they rolled out a digital ticketing system that made snagging tickets way easier, no more long lines or confusing paper tickets. And if you’re into spooky season, their annual Halloween comedy costume contest each october is a riot, with comedians and audience members alike dressed to impress. Want the VIP treatment? You can score some primo seats, including VIP booths or even deluxe suites that come with adjustable ambient lighting to set the perfect mood. Sometimes you even get a photo with the comedians, totally worth it for the memories. Getting there? From Ford Field, just head east on the highway then turn right onto Trumbull Street. Coming from the Detroit Institute of Arts? Easy, head east on the nearby street and turn left onto Woodward Avenue, and you’re in the neighborhood. Whether you’re craving front-row laughs from Neema Naz or enjoying the VIP perks with Shayne Smith, there’s an option for everyone. Just check out their interactive seating chart and see what’s available for the night. Oh, and don’t forget to peek at their ticketing page for upcoming special events, they usually have something fun up their sleeve!
